The reigning Open-Division Champions of Arizona got stronger today when Class of 2027 EDGE Rusher T.K. Cunningham out of Grayson HS (GA) put out a post on social media informing the public of his transfer to Basha HS.
Cunningham, a 6’6, 245LB Edge Rusher from Loganville, Georgia, has transferred to Basha, as first reported by Adam Beadle of ArizonaVarsity.
The C/O ’27, 3-Star EDGE from Georgia is currently ranked as the 28th-best EDGE in the Nation, and was ranked as the 38th-best player in a loaded 2027 Class from Georgia.
In 2025, Cunningham recorded 15 tackles, 4.0 TFL, and 1 Sack in 7 games on a Senior-dominated Defense. Grayson (GA), has a Class 6A football program, and finished as the #4 team in the state in 2025, according to MaxPreps.com
The soon-to-be senior will likely make an immediate impact for a Basha team that will be returning multiple stand-out players on defense including leading-tackler Marc Duerson, Caleb Jordan, Kyser Wilson, and more.
As an out-of-state transfer, Cunningham is expected to be eligible to suit-up for Basha’s Week One Open-Divison rematch versus Chandler on August 27th, 2026.
